Office Manager - Racquel
Racquel is a Certified Dental Assistant Level II, Certified Dental Treatment Coordinator and a member of Ontario Dental Association. Racquel’s manages Limelight Dental with a warm friendly manner and customer service practices that makes patients feel welcome and comfortable in our office. She is always willing to lend an ear and offer a helping hand to patients and team members. Racquel is proud to be working with the Limelight Dental team because she believes our Doctor’s are passionate about helping their patients improve their oral health and to have a better smile. She likes how the whole team is onboard to meeting our patient’s dental needs with amazing service. Racquel loves to try different flavours of food, going for walks, and spending time with her family. Racquel is fluent in english and filipino (tagalog).
Administrator - Shivani
Shivani is one of our full-time Dental Administrators at Limelight Dental. Along with administrative duties, she assists our patients navigate their dental insurance information, answer some inquiries, and manage their appointments for treatments. Shivani enjoys helping patients on their path to achieving a beautiful healthy smile. Shivani graduated from dental school in India; doing her postgraduate studies in clinical research. When she moved to Canada she attended Conestoga College for healthcare administration. Moving to a new country has made her an independent, strong and confident young woman. Shivani enjoys coming into work everyday because she considers Limelight dental her second home and the team her second family. She appreciates her tight-knit, supportive, warm and friendly team. When not working Shivani loves to dance, spend time with family and friends, and enjoys cooking. Shivani is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati and English.
Treatment Coordinator - Priya
Priya Mistry is one of the administrators here at Limelight Dental. She recently graduated high school in June 2020 and currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences at McMaster University, specializing in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour. Priya’s favourite parts of my job include speaking to every patient that walks through the door. She loves learning about new people, new experiences, and new ways of thought she hasn’t been exposed to before. She loves learning more about dentistry, including the new up and coming technologies we offer here at Limelight Dental. Priya is funny and outgoing and friendly, patients feel comfortable asking her questions about their appointments and insurance information. Priya appreciates working with the Limelight team who are extremely hardworking and committed to providing each and every patient with the most excellent care that is best suited for them. Outside of the office, you can find Priya hanging out with friends and family or studying for her next exam! Priya is fluent in English, French, Gujarati and Hindi
